You will ensure Access Care Representatives complete assigned tasks, monitor adherence to schedules, and balance patient throughput while coaching staff to improve knowledge across the Access Care functions.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of equivalent experience preferred.
• CHAA certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Access Care Representatives complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure staff follow assigned schedule and balance patient throughput.
• Coach and develop staff in all aspects of Access Care.
