Our Scheduler/Staffing Coordinators play a vital role in our residents' and guests' outcomes and overall experience. They will be the main point of contact for all nursing department scheduling shifts and vacations, as well as assisting in covering gaps in coverage when they arise. About Thrive: Thrive of Lisle is a newer 74-bed transitional care facility focusing on short-term patients. We do not offer memory care or long-term care. Our large in-house therapy team helps most patients go home within 14 days. Our amenities include larger beds, fine dining, a brick oven for pizzas, and modern decor.
