We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator/Nurse Scheduler to join our team of superheroes!

Our Scheduler/Staffing Coordinators play a vital role in our residents' and guests' outcomes and overall experience. They will be the main point of contact for all nursing department scheduling shifts and vacations, as well as assisting in covering gaps in coverage when they arise. We seek skilled Scheduler/Staffing Coordinators to become part of our compassionate and hospitable care-giving team.

About Thrive: Thrive of Lisle is a newer 74-bed transitional care facility focusing on short-term patients. We do not offer memory care or long-term care. Requirements:

  • Good computer skills, including solid knowledge of Excel

  • CNA certification
