Base pay range

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated, bilingual (Spanish & English) Recruiting Specialist to join our Aurora, IL team. Staffing industry experience is a plus. The ideal candidate is experienced in high-volume recruiting, energetic, creative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with associates and clients.

This is an on-site position; please note it is not remote.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing various recruiting sources to find top talent for our clients.
• Understanding the specific needs and skill sets of our associates to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors, peers, clients, and candidates.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Demonstrating excellent networking, communication, and social perceptiveness skills.
• Actively seeking ways to assist others and improve service.
• Applying active learning to adapt to new information and solve problems.

• Base pay of $45k - $50k per year, commensurate with experience.
