Job summary

Emplify Health is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and exceptional patient service. You will work with a team of providers and managers to support patient health journeys in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time, on-site in Onalaska, WI with hybrid eligibility for WI, MN, IA residents. Training and onboarding occur on-site, with benefits including 401(k), PTO, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Specialist! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients. Job Details

• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36
• 72 hours bi-weekly (0.9 FTE)
• Full-time Shift: Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-4:30pm, rotating day off every other week
• Location: On-site in Onalaska, WI for training Remote/Hybrid eligible. Hybrid eligible for residents of WI, MN, and IA with willingness to participate for onsite meetings and training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top level customer service.
• Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.
• Provide customer service to patients by helping schedule appointments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities.
• Strong organization, phone etiquette, and customer service skills.
• Medical terminology and healthcare experience is a plus.
• Epic and healthcare systems experience desired.
