Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to join our Alexandria, MN team. You will handle phones, scheduling, and insurance-related tasks to ensure smooth operations and a high level of patient care.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8:45am–5:15pm with every 9th weekend from 7:30am–3:30pm. A high school diploma and strong computer/typing skills are required; prior customer service and medical terminology experience are preferred. Join us to deliver clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Experience handling high-volume calls on a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally and timely.
• Schedule patient examinations according to company policy.
• Ensure patient data and insurance information are collected and recorded accurately.
• Enter patient data into information systems completely and accurately.
• Advise patients of financial responsibilities and preparation for appointments.
• Coordinate scheduling changes with technologists to maximize patient satisfaction.
