Job summary

Woodside Energy in Houston is seeking a senior scheduling professional to manage nominations, confirmations and cross‑functional coordination for crude oil and natural gas movements in the Atlantic Basin.

Based in Houston, you will develop understanding of commercial contracts and midstream agreements to identify scheduling levers and optimize performance. This role requires on‑call readiness and the ability to deliver clear updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in crude oil and natural gas scheduling operations/risk management.
• Familiarity with midstream contracts and commercial issues.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage nominations, confirmations, imbalances for crude and gas in the Atlantic Basin.
• Understand commercial contracts and midstream agreements to optimize scheduling.
• Monitor performance and advise on contract optimization to minimize risk.
• Communicate production or logistic issues affecting deliveries and lead crisis management when needed.
• Perform scenario planning and present outcomes to Marketing Managers.
