Job summary

VyTalent Solutions in Tampa, FL, seeks a Scheduling & Operations Supervisor to lead the scheduling function and actively support day-to-day scheduling execution. The role also oversees onboarding readiness, ensuring credentialing completion to staffing readiness, and coordinating with HR, IT, and Credentialing teams.

The candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, optimize onboarding timelines, and improve time-to-first-shift metrics while maintaining high standards of responsiveness

Qualifications

• 3+ years in scheduling, operations, or healthcare coordination
• Experience leading teams or acting in a lead/mentor capacity
• Strong systems aptitude (scheduling platforms, Surgical Cloud, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workflows

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling operations while actively participating in scheduling coverage
• Schedule providers for cases, shifts, and call assignments as needed
• Monitor and manage next-day and short-term scheduling needs (24–48 hours)
• Communicate schedule updates, confirmations, and changes to providers and facilities
• Lead, coach, and support scheduling team performance and accountability
• Step in to resolve complex or high-priority scheduling issues
