Scheduling & Operations Team Lead (Onsite in Clearwater, FL)

This is a player-coach role responsible for leading scheduling operations while ensuring providers are fully prepared and deployed into the field. You’ll own the workflow from credentialing completion through first shift, driving speed, accuracy, and a seamless experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily scheduling operations while stepping in to support coverage as needed
• Coordinate provider scheduling for shifts, cases, and call assignments
• Own onboarding readiness from credentialing complete → staffing ready
• Partner with Credentialing, HR, and IT to ensure smooth handoffs
• Remove blockers and accelerate time to first shift
• Support providers through first shift and follow-up
• Coach and hold the scheduling team accountable

What You Bring

• 3+ years in scheduling, operations, or healthcare coordination
