Job description

Scheduling Manager

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Manager to provide scheduling and technical schedule management at designated construction project sites. The role requires knowledge of company policies, project goals, plans, specifications, and contract requirements.

Essential Functions
  1. Oversee the total scheduling effort to ensure project execution aligns with the schedule, including interfacing with superintendents, trades, project managers, clients, A/E representatives, and other contractors. Primary communication is with the Director of Scheduling, Project Manager, and Superintendent.
  2. Ensure strong, consistent communication with field and office staff within the department.
  3. Establish rapport with field superintendents and management teams, supporting project teams through strong leadership. Regular schedule updates are a key measure of quality.
  4. Oversee planning, coordination, and supervision of scheduling activities.
  5. Ensure designated jobs are aware of the schedule, with progress measured through bi-monthly schedule updates.
  6. Support project teams in planning work and anticipating procurement needs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling or equivalent training and/or related experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of scheduling systems, principles, and practices, especially Primavera P6.
  • Experience with Primavera, Acumen, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to assist with Time Impact Analysis.
  • Knowledge of current scheduling industry standards and practices.
