Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To:

  • Leading projects to evaluate training needs and implement new offerings.
  • Developing workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Managing internship and training program tracking systems.
  • Setting goals and strategic planning.
  • Coordinating internship and training efforts.
  • Providing administrative support during peak times.
  • Producing reports on program participation and compliance.
  • Developing performance measures and revising policies.
  • Monitoring budgets, funding, and contracts.

Final appointments are subject to OMB approval. The position may allow remote work up to two days per week.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in relevant fields and one year of professional experience, or
  • Baccalaureate degree and three years of relevant professional experience.

This position is also open to qualified individuals with disabilities under the 55-a Program. Residency in NYC is generally required within 90 days, with some exceptions.
