Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Logistics & Customer Service Specialist for Orkin in the United States. You’ll coordinate routes, support timely service, and collaborate with service and call center teams to maintain smooth operations.

You’ll use data and Excel to improve routing, meet commitments, and adapt to changing schedules. We welcome recent graduates with customer service experience and offer award-winning training and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Must be highly organized, accurate and dependable.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office; willing to learn new systems.
Preferred: experience in logistics, routing, or supply chain.
