Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions (MIS) seeks a Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling across large hyperscale data center projects. You will develop baselines, track progress, run critical path analyses, and drive schedule improvement with project teams.

Travel approximately 75% to support long‑term onsite assignments across North America; you will mentor schedulers and implement scheduling standards, governance, and reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or Business or related discipline.
• 8+ years scheduling, project controls, construction management, or project execution experience.
• Experience developing and managing schedules for large-scale mission-critical, hyperscale data center, industrial, EPC, power, or complex construction projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of scheduling teams, project schedulers, or project controls personnel.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement workflows, commissioning activities, resource planning, and field execution.
• Experience with baseline, recovery, commissioning, and executive reporting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling activities across hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects.
• Develop and implement scheduling standards, procedures, and governance processes.
• Manage schedulers and scheduling resources across pursuits and active construction.
• Oversee baseline, recovery, commissioning, and execution schedules.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies with project teams.
• Provide schedule reporting and forecast updates to leadership.
