Job summary

FSS Technologies is seeking an Inventory Supervisor & Warehouse Coordinator to lead daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and coordinate material flow for service and installation teams.

You will oversee receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping while driving accuracy, safety, and efficiency across the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or operations coordination experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP platforms.
• Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling, or inspection materials preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and reduce shrinkage.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

The Inventory Supervisor & Warehouse Coordinator oversees daily warehouse operations and inventory control while supporting inspection, service, and installation teams.

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and reduce shrinkage or loss.
• Oversee inspection material coordination to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Partner with field managers and project teams to ensure technicians have necessary materials.
• Develop and improve workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse and operations support staff.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized facility.
• Track, report, and analyze warehouse and inventory performance metrics.
• Support customer needs by resolving material or scheduling escalations.
