Ascension is seeking a Scheduling Leader in Austin, TX to drive enterprise scheduling strategy and governance across the organization. This onsite role partners with clinical and operational leaders to ensure staffing targets align with budgets and patient care needs.
You will lead initiatives to enhance schedule integrity, reduce premium labor, and promote transparent processes while overseeing scheduling governance and continuous improvement across ministries.
