Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and book service appointments with high accuracy.
• Handle daily inbound calls and outbound calls to fill the schedule.
• Maintain a full, balanced dispatch board.
• Capture accurate customer and job details in ServiceTitan.
• Deliver a warm, professional first impression on every call.
• Hit individual and team goals tied to bookings and board-filled percentage.
