HD Supply is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage day-to-day scheduling for company operations. You will coordinate with installers, vendors, and customers to create installation timelines and ensure deliveries align with deadlines.
The role requires HS Diploma or GED and typically 2–5 years of relevant experience. You will use a computerized system to track schedules and maintain accurate records across departments.
Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day scheduling activities of a company operation. Maintain and expedite accurate schedules to appropriate departments. Communicate with production department, installers and customers as necessary for scheduling dates.
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
No travel required.
HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
