Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Staffing Coordinator at Villa Fairmont MHRC in San Leandro, CA. You will develop the staffing schedule for the nursing staff, perform clerical tasks, and provide support to the Director of Nursing Services and the Administrative Assistant.

The role offers full-time, on-site work with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. Telecare applies geographic differentials; starting pay is commensurate with experience above the minimum requirements.

Qualifications

• One year of general office experience is required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified by start date or within 60 days.
• Post-offer physical, 2-step TB test, background checks, and other regulatory verifications may apply.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Staffing Coordinator develops the staffing schedule for the nursing staff, performs a variety of clerical tasks, and provides support to the Director of Nursing Services and the Administrative Assistant.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage is $23.00. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• One (1) year general office experience is required
• High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent is also required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
