Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in the Houston area. This role will manage scheduling for clinical and support staff, ensuring coverage for weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in scheduling or HR, a high school diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A strong eye for detail and excellent communication are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; home health office experience preferred.
• Associate degree in data processing or related field preferred.
• Two+ years scheduling and/or HR experience.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Clean background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clinical RNs, LVNs, CNAs, housekeeping, and dietary staff.
• Maintain monthly employee schedules for weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Coordinate with Administrator to align staffing needs and priorities.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for schedulingclinical RNs,LVNs,CNAs, housekeeping, and dietary staff. This position also maintains the employee monthly schedules for weekdays, weekends, and holidays while working closely with the Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Home Health office work experience
• Associates of Applied Science Degree in Data Processing or related field (preferred)
• Must have two or more years of experience inscheduling and/or human resource experience
• Must be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Must be able to plan/organize/distribute supplies and orders with speed and accuracy
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Clean background and drug screen
