Job summary

AccentCare's Lake Forest office is hiring a Staffing Coordinator for Personal Care Services. This full-time role supports scheduling and coordinating Care Partners to ensure timely home care visits across Orange County.

The position offers a stable schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with $21.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience. Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of home care, HR, community service, or supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least one year in home care, HR, community service or supervision.
• Scheduling experience in staffing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives requests for home care services and schedules/reschedules Care Partners as necessary.
• Schedules/reschedules Care Partners based on case requirements and availability.
• Calls client to confirm care schedule and communicates results to office staff.
• Enters and maintains schedules in ContinueLink system.

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum one year home care experience, human resources, community service and/or supervisory experience
• Scheduling experience in the staffing industry preferred

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Receives requests for home care services and schedules/reschedules Care Partners as necessary. Gathers all necessary case information from caller. Checks Care Partner availability in ContinuLink
• Schedule/reschedules Care Partners based on case requirements and availability. Confirms and verifies schedules with clients and Care Partners and verifies that all visits are made.
• Calls client to confirm care schedule. Confirms Care Partner availability and understanding of the case. Communicates results to office staff, if necessary
• Responsible for entering and maintaining schedules in ContinueLink system.
• Confirms/updates Care Partner availability/history daily
• Maintains all client information/changes daily. Performs regular information audits to verify accuracy
