Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our Charlevoix location to support our Private Duty team during the summer. You will help keep the schedule organized, connect caregivers with clients, and ensure high-quality care is delivered.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and with a team, while building strong relationships and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects.
• Manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is staffed.
• Determine optimal client and caregiver matches to foster a positive dynamic.
• Maintain compliance with reporting systems for billing, payroll and care notes.
• Assist with office administration tasks.
