Job summary

Logan Services in Dayton is seeking an HVAC Installation Scheduling Coordinator to keep residential installations moving from sale to completion. You will coordinate customers, installers, sales, logistics, and leadership while solving problems and keeping details on track. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

On-site work with an on-call rotation about one week every two months. Training is provided for those new to HVAC.

• Monitor permits and customer balances.
• Assist with installer schedules, time-off requests, Saturday availability, and payroll verification.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and operational processes.
• Participate in an after-hours on‑call rotation, approximately one week every two months.

As an HVAC Installation Scheduling Coordinator, you'll keep residential installations moving from the time a job is sold through completion. You'll coordinate customers, installers, sales, logistics, and leadership while solving problems and keeping the details on track.

What You’ll Do

No HVAC experience? No problem. We'll train you on our systems, processes, and industry.
