Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support daily operations, coordinate caregiver and client schedules, and ensure continuity of care for Bristol County clients. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities to grow within a nationally recognized home health organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of scheduling experience preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required.
• Bilingual candidates (Portuguese, Spanish, and/or Creole) encouraged to apply.
• Healthcare, home care, staffing, or customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client service schedules to ensure continuity of care.
• Enter and maintain caregiver schedules and client referrals accurately.

• Support onboarding and training logistics for newly hired caregivers.
• Collaborate with CSMs and office leadership to support daily operations.
• Manage changing priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry within office systems.
• Support the office in delivering exceptional client and employee experiences.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations by coordinating schedules, assisting with client service needs, and ensuring continuity of care for clients throughout Bristol County. Office Information

• Location: Dartmouth, MA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
• Work Model: Fully onsite
• Coverage Area: Bristol County, including New Bedford, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Mattapoisett, Marion, and Rochester
• Travel Requirements: None

Qualifications

• Healthcare, home care, staffing, or customer service experience a plus.
• Bilingual candidates (Portuguese, Spanish, and/or Creole) are highly encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
• Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour (approximately $52,000 annually)
