Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to maintain nursing staff rosters across our Pennsylvania communities. You will coordinate shift coverage, ensure policy adherence, and support supervisors with staffing needs to uphold high-quality resident care.

Candidates should be a high school graduate, at least 18, and capable of following written and verbal instructions in English. Prior scheduling experience is a plus; CNA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Hours/shift may vary based on position requirements.
• Previous scheduling experience is preferred but not required.
• CNAs preferred in state of employment but not required.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to accurately maintain the community nursing staff schedules. Performs other duties as directed by representatives of the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration, Human Resources and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Education & Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
• Previous experience with scheduling strongly preferred but not required.
• Preference for Certified Nursing Assistant certification within the state in which you work but not required.
