Job summary

Saber Health Group in Virginia is seeking a dedicated scheduler to maintain the community nursing staff schedules. You will support daily operations, ensuring coverage while following health policies and facility procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
• Previous experience with scheduling preferred but not required.
• Preference for Certified Nursing Assistant certification within the state in which you work but not required.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to accurately maintain the community nursing staff schedules. Performs other duties as directed by representatives of the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standard\u2019s of practice set forth by the community’s administration, Human Resources and Nursing Policies and Procedures. You will also administer the distribution and inventory of resident care and community supplies in accordance with Community policies and procedures under the direction of the Administrator and/or authorized department head.

Education & Qualifications:

• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: Monday – Friday with some Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00a – 4:30p

• Manager on Duty Rotation Every 7th Weekend

• Wage: $21.00 per hour
