Role Overview:

As a Scheduling Coordinator at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients to ensure the highest quality of service. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with caregivers to build effective schedules and maintain positive relationships with clients. Whether you work on-site in Clayton, Ohio, you’ll contribute to a culture where individuals feel valued, supported, and understood.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Effectively establish a rapport with caregivers and clients.
2. Create and maintain caregiver schedules and database.
3. Schedule client appointments/visits according to care plans and caregiver availability.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday with mandatory paid on-call.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Clayton, Ohio.
