Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Patient Scheduler who will coordinate all patient scheduling activities across multiple facilities. You will ensure accurate scheduling by collecting necessary clinical information and monitor protocols for improvement.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Additionally, bilingual candidates are preferred as part of our commitment to diverse patient care.

Coordinates all patient scheduling activities including appointments, procedures, and exams for multiple hospitals, physician practices, outpatient departments, modalities, and facilities. Facilitates communication between staff, referral sources and physician offices regarding scheduling concerns.
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use. Patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
