Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Scheduling Clerk in Lexington, KY to keep clinic operations running smoothly. You will provide essential administrative and scheduling support to the Health Services Administrator/Program Manager, coordinating provider, clinic, and telehealth schedules and tracking referrals.
The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years of clinic experience preferred.
Compensation Information: $20.06 - $22.29 / hour

The Scheduling Clerk plays a key role in keeping clinic operations running smoothly by providing essential administrative and scheduling support to the Health Services Administrator/Program Manager. This position coordinates provider, clinic, and telehealth schedules, manages consultations and appointments, and uses ERMA‑CM and PTRAX to track on‑site and off‑site services and referrals. Working closely with teams across the organization, the Scheduling Clerk helps ensure timely care coordination, accurate documentation, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
