Job summary

AbelZeta Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sr. Cell Therapy Logistics Specialist to oversee patient apheresis collection logistics, shipment, processing, manufacturing release, and cryopreserved product handling across sites.

You will monitor real-time product journeys, manage central lab sample shipments and vendors, and serve as the escalation contact across clinical operations, manufacturing, and supply chain. Remote, full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of biopharmaceutical logistics or regulated environment experience.
• Experience coordinating time-sensitive shipments and multiple sample journeys.
• Knowledge of GCP, GxP, GLP, and GMP requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize across time zones.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and collaborative approach.
• Flexibility to work hours as patient schedules or shipments require.
• Experience with autologous cell therapy and clinical trial logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient apheresis collection logistics, shipment, processing coordination, manufacturing release logistics, and shipment of cryopreserved product to sites.
• Monitor product journeys in real time across collection, transportation, manufacturing, release, and delivery.
• Manage central laboratory sample shipments and coordinate receipt with sample management teams.
• Manage logistics vendors, central labs, cold chain suppliers, and couriers; maintain databases and tracking records.
• Coordinate manufacturing updates with the Manufacturing team and communicate scheduling availability.
• Serve as escalation contact and maintain site relationships to resolve logistics issues.
• Oversee central laboratory updates and biomarker sample management; manage vendor coordination.
• Oversee logistics data entry and tracking; maintain templates and databases and identify process improvements.
