Role Overview

As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care by ensuring procedures and appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex clinical information to patients and healthcare providers.

• Scheduling patient procedures accurately and efficiently
• Collecting demographic, insurance, and procedure information
• Providing exceptional service to internal and external customers
• Delivering clinical examination instructions to patients
• Documenting patient responses to clinical screening questions
• Maintaining communication with physician offices and hospital departments regarding scheduled procedures

Qualifications

Education

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Preferred:

• Associate Degree in a related field

Experience

Required:

• One (1) year of Business-Related experience OR
• One (1) year of Healthcare experience OR
• One (1) year of Customer Service experience
