Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Collect demographic, insurance, and procedure information.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Deliver clinical examination instructions to patients.
• Document patient responses to clinical screening questions.
• Maintain communication with physician offices and hospital departments regarding scheduled procedures.
• Understand and apply payer authorization guidelines; perform general clerical duties including answering phones and data entry.
• Support scheduling operations across BayCare Health System.
• Travel within the BayCare service area as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
