Job summary

Arbors of Ohio, Milford facility, is seeking a Scheduler for State Tested Nursing Assistants to ensure staffing meets facility, state and federal requirements. You will develop and post schedules, coordinate replacements, and maintain contact information.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and collaboration with the Director of Nursing, with benefits from the employer's offerings.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in long term care, STNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and post schedules at least two weeks ahead.
• Contact replacement personnel and adjust schedule as needed.
• Maintain current employee contact numbers for call-ins.
• Coordinate time-off requests with Director of Nursing.
• Notify Director of Nursing of short-staffing situations.
• Maintain records of missed shifts and generate reports.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing to secure contract labor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
