Job summary

Wake Radiology UNC REX Healthcare in Raleigh (North Hills) is seeking an experienced part-time Scheduler to join our team. This on-site role runs 8am to 1pm in the North Hills area, coordinating imaging exams and procedures across Wake Radiology locations with physicians, patients, and staff to ensure accurate, timely scheduling and exceptional service.

You will maintain patient information and scheduling records, support a collaborative team, and contribute to delivering high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years scheduling experience (radiology scheduling a plus).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, courteous telephone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.

Wake Radiology UNC REX Healthcare is seeking experienced part-time Schedulers to join our team at our Raleigh office located in the North Hills area. This position will be 8am - 1pm in the North Hill's area. This is an on-site position and is not remote.

As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service by coordinating imaging exams and procedures for all Wake Radiology locations. You will work closely with physician offices, patients, and internal teams to ensure appointments are scheduled accurately, efficiently, and with the highest level of customer service.
