Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is seeking an organized and dynamic Scheduler to join our award-winning team in Coral Springs, FL. This on-site role coordinates patient visits and staff schedules to ensure coverage across full-time, part-time, and PRN staff.

You will work closely with the clinical team manager and build strong relationships with team members while enjoying a supportive, team-driven culture with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Home Health required
• Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
