Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain nursing schedules based on staffing needs, census, and budgeted hours.
• Coordinate call-outs, schedule changes, time-off requests, vacancies, and daily coverage needs.
• Work with nursing leadership to resolve staffing and scheduling issues.
• Review employee timekeeping and assist with payroll preparation.
• Maintain attendance and staffing records.
• Track nursing vacancies and open positions and process related forms.
• Coordinate department onboarding and schedules for new nursing staff.
• Track required nursing licenses, certifications, orientation, and training.

Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours | Full-Time

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things moving when priorities change? We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Scheduler to coordinate staffing and scheduling for our Skilled Nursing and Personal Care departments.

If you enjoy scheduling, problem-solving, working with people, and being the person who keeps all the moving pieces organized, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain nursing schedules based on staffing needs, census, and budgeted hours
• Coordinate call-outs, schedule changes, time-off requests, vacancies, and daily coverage needs
• Work with nursing leadership to resolve staffing and scheduling issues
