Job summary

Pennswood Village is seeking a Part-Time LPN to join our Personal Care nursing team in a beautiful senior living community. You will provide nursing care, medication administration, and resident-focused support in a setting with quality staffing ratios.

Join our dedicated team to monitor resident conditions, communicate with families and the care team, and ensure accurate nursing documentation. LPN license in PA and geriatrics experience are preferred, with multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed to practice as an LPN in Pennsylvania.
• Additional education in physical assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

The Position

As an LPN in Personal Care, you'll provide nursing care and medication administration,monitor resident needs and changes in condition, communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team, provide direction to nursing assistants, and complete required nursing documentation.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience is required
• Prior experience in geriatrics preferred.
