Job summary

Pennswood Village in Newtown, PA, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Personal Care on a part-time basis. You will join a supportive team with favorable staffing ratios and a commitment to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include helping residents with daily living, administering medications per orders, observing changes, and documenting care. The role offers $21.00–$23.00 per hour and requires PA CNA certification, with DHS Medication Administration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification.
• Medication Administration certification or ability to complete Pennswood's DHS-approved program within 30 days.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral instructions.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• Able to meet physical demands (lifting 20 lbs).

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Medication Administration certification, or the bility to successfully complete Pennswood's DHS-approved Medication Administration Training Program within the first 30 days of employment (training provided by Pennswood Village.)
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral instructions.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position, i.e., bending, lifting a minimum of 20 lbs., transferring of patients.
