Job summary

Pennswood Village is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. You will provide nursing care, medication administration, monitor resident needs, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.

This pool/part-time role offers flexible hours, supportive staff, and opportunities to contribute to resident-centered care in Bucks County, PA. Pennsylvania LPN license required; 1 year experience preferred, geriatrics preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an LPN in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting a minimum of 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and medication administration.

Pennswood Village is seeking a Part-Time LPN to join our Skilled Nursing team.

The Position

As an LPN in Skilled Nursing, you'll provide nursing care and medication administration, monitor resident needs and changes in condition, communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team, provide direction to nursing assistants, and complete required nursing documentation.
