## Scheduler - Interventional Radiology - DaysApply: Oklahoma City: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R0068931## **Position Title:**Scheduler - Interventional Radiology - Days## **Department:**Interventional Radiology## **Job Description:****Location:** University of Oklahoma Medical Center, Interventional Radiology**Shift:** Full-Time 40hrs/wk., 8:30am-5pmThe Surgery Scheduler is responsible for maintaining the schedule for all surgeries, quality assurance processes, and compiling department statistical reports. **Essential Responsibilities***Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position.** Coordinates the scheduling of all surgeries, taking into consideration such information as the desired date, priority of surgery, length of surgery, etc., to ensure the efficient use of surgery suites and staff.* Maintains a paper 7-day surgery schedule to safe guard against computer down time.* Notifies all necessary parties when changes must take place.* Prints and distributes surgery schedules daily as needed.* Extensive customer relations’ responsibility in coordinating schedules with physicians.* Utilizes Patient Electronic Medical Record system to compile data and reports as needed.
