Job summary

Qualifications

• AS degree in technical field or 2 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a formal planning and scheduling environment using integrated scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and schedule tracking.
• Ability to generate accurate schedule reports and forecasts.
• Experience developing, analyzing, and managing integrated project schedules (critical/near-critical paths).
• Strong understanding of float, schedule drivers, bottlenecks, and variance analysis.
• Experience coordinating across operations, planning, engineering, vendors, and program management.
• Experience using ERP and scheduling tools to support schedule development.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, executable shop schedules aligned with plan and constraints.
• Create and maintain Primavera P6 schedules with activity logic and calendars.
• Maintain weekly and long-range production schedules considering material and staffing constraints.
• Update baseline and detailed schedules; adjust forecasts as needed.
• Communicate schedule changes, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to build realistic production schedules.
