Job summary

Mount Carmel, a Trinity Health member in Central Ohio, is seeking a full-time Scheduler in Columbus to coordinate office visits and testing for Heart Vascular and Cardiology. This role supports efficient patient flow and integrates with hospital and clinic workflows.

Responsibilities include relaying scheduling information to physicians and staff, coordinating visits and testing, and utilizing the EPIC system. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience: One year experience working with scheduling or hospital units/ancillary departments preferred.

Position Purpose

• Scheduler functions as a liaison between the physicians, patients, office and hospital testing staff in scheduling patient’s office visits and testing.

• Specialty: Heart Vascular and Cardiology

• Location : 85 McNaughten Road, Suite 200, Columbus, Ohio 43213

• hours of office: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
