Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, OH seeks a Medical Practice Representative to serve as the primary link between the office and outside parties. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, collecting demographics and insurance details, and supporting medical records along with EPIC usage.

You will work in Neurology with hours Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–4:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm, contributing to efficient patient flow and accurate documentation in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years of medical office experience preferred.
• Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Position Purpose

• Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records

• Location: 5965 East Broad St, suite 260, Columbus OH 43213
• hours of office: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications
