Job summary

Mount Carmel, part of Trinity Health, seeks a Medical Practice Representative to serve as a liaison between the office and external parties. You will greet patients, register them, collect necessary demographics, and help manage insurance information using EPIC from a central Columbus, OH facility.

The role requires 1–2 years of medical office experience and strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. On-site hours align with the listed clinic schedule and patient needs.

Position Purpose:

Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

What You Will Do:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent
• Licensure / Certification: N/A
• Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
• Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
• Basic computer skills required
