Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a qualified Scheduler to coordinate quality care and customer service for our clients in Alexandria, LA. You will assign staff, schedule services, and help solve problems to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring experience with high-volume scheduling, excellent communication, and a compassionate, organized approach to coordinating care at the client’s home, while thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting demands with urgency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience with community service, client service, or scheduling.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling, identifies problem situations, and implements proactive solutions.
• Ensures proper documentation of records-keeping along with adherence to agreed plan of care.
• Provide support for key branch operation functions (answering phones, payroll entry, employee assistance).
• Conducts periodic home visits and safety checks as assigned to ensure adherence to federal and state laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
