Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Scheduling, Staffing, or Administrative experience preferred.
• Long-term care / skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the master staffing schedule for nursing and other departments.
• Coordinate shift coverage, including call-offs, vacations, and leave requests.
• Communicate schedule changes to staff and management promptly.
• Track attendance, overtime, and staffing patterns.
• Assist with recruitment scheduling and onboarding logistics.
• Support compliance with labor regulations and facility staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports.
• Perform other scheduling and administrative duties as assigned.
