Responsibilities

  • Complete holiday and weekend schedules for nursing staff.
  • Assist in ensuring missed punch forms are completed.
  • Maintain absence log for nursing staff.
  • Promote equity and fairness in the scheduling process.
  • Assist in reducing overtime with DON/ADON and HR Director.
  • Assist in hiring new CNAs and Nurses as needed, coordinating with DON/ADON and HR.
  • Maintain accurate time records and monitor attendance (Call-Offs, Tardies, No Call/No Shows).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain schedules for Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.s) and Nurses (RNs and LPNs)
  • Complete holiday and weekend schedules for the nursing staff.
  • Assist in ensuring missed punch forms are completed.
  • Maintain absence log for nursing staff
  • Promote equity and fairness in the scheduling process
  • Assist in the reduction of overtime in the nursing department in conjunction with the DON/Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and Human Resources Director
  • Assist in hiring new C.N.A.s and Nurses on an as-needed basis, communicating with the DON/ADON and HR Director
  • Maintain accurate time records for the nursing department, ensuring to monitor attendance (Call-Offs, Tardies, and No Call, No Shows)
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
