Penn State Health is seeking a scheduling specialist to support patient appointments by phone within the Phone Access Group at our Hershey, PA campus. You will schedule across multiple specialty areas following established guidelines and deliver courteous, accurate service.
Qualifications include a high school diploma; an associate degree in healthcare administration is preferred. Prior call center or healthcare operations experience is a plus.
