Job summary

Penn State Health in Hershey, PA is hiring a Phone Access Management Supervisor to lead the Corporate Call Center, working a standard day shift from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This full-time role oversees scheduling operations and ensures patient access is seamless.

You will supervise Scheduling workers, coordinate daily activities, and participate in management decisions. Minimum qualification is a High School Diploma, with knowledge of team functions within the organization.
