Aperion Care in the Salisbury, MA area is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler / Central Supply Clerk to join our healthcare team. This full-time role combines staff scheduling with supply chain duties to keep operations running smoothly.

You will build staff schedules, manage changes, track time off, and maintain accurate staffing records, while also ordering and organizing medical supplies, counting inventory, and coordinating with vendors to control costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in scheduling, inventory, or supply chain preferred; healthcare experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.
• Clear, friendly communicator who works well with a variety of people.
• Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs and be on your feet as needed.

What You'll Do

Scheduling
