Brompton Heights in Williamsville, NY is seeking a Full-Time Scheduler to support our nursing team. The role focuses on creating and maintaining nursing staff schedules and ensuring full coverage across all shifts.

You will coordinate with staff, handle call-outs and last-minute coverage, maintain accurate scheduling records, and assist with recruiting and onboarding of new hires as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
