Middletown Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility. You will attend to residents' physical needs, emotional support, and comfort under the supervision of the nursing leadership.
The role requires an active Nursing Assistant certification/registry in Ohio, a high school diploma or GED, and strong English communication. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; full-time employment with benefits is offered.

Position Summary:
The primary purpose of your job is to provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting. Performs direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan, and as directed by your Supervisor. Performs other duties as directed by representatives of the community. You will also be responsible for accurately maintaining the community nursing staff schedules. Performs all other duties as directed by representatives of the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration, Human Resources, and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
